This policy explains how we handle personal data on trinityengine.net and in connection with Trinity Engine accounts, subscriptions, enquiries and AI TV channel creation and automation services. We act as controller for our business administration, website and customer relationship processing. Where we process personal data in customer content on a customer’s instructions, the relevant controller and processor responsibilities apply, including the processing provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
Privacy and commercial enquiries: contact@trinityengine.net. Technical support: support@trinityengine.net.
2. Data we process
- Enquiries and support: your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected plan, message and related correspondence.
- Accounts and orders: account identifiers, contact and billing details, subscription choices, invoices, transaction references and payment status.
- Channel content: prompts, text, audio, images, video, branding, imported material, generated output and associated metadata. Such material may contain personal data.
- Website and security data: information associated with requests, devices, authentication, cookies, cart operation and protection against automated abuse.
- Requested updates: the email address and request you submit through the subscription form.
We obtain information from you, from your use of the service, from authorised account users and from providers involved in the requested functions. Do not submit personal data that you are not entitled to process or disclose.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on the purpose and your relationship with us:
- Contract and pre-contractual steps: responding to an individual’s request, providing their account and subscription, processing the order and delivering the requested service.
- Legitimate interests: business-customer communications, service administration, fraud prevention and security, subject to the necessary assessment of individuals’ interests and rights.
- Legal obligations: invoices, accounting records and legally required disclosures.
- Consent where required: optional marketing and any processing for which consent is the appropriate basis. Consent may be withdrawn without making earlier lawful processing unlawful.
Information necessary to handle an order or operate an account must be provided for those functions to work. A telephone number in our enquiry forms is optional. You can stop requested marketing communications by emailing contact@trinityengine.net, without affecting your subscription.
4. Hosting and service providers
Our server infrastructure is provided by Hetzner and INES Group, with the servers used for the service located in Romania and Germany. Email and AI processing run on this infrastructure; we do not use an additional external email or AI processing service.
The website also uses these separate providers for the following functions:
- Stripe: checkout, subscription payment processing and associated transaction information.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: detection of automated abuse and protection of forms.
- Google services: externally loaded Google Fonts and YouTube video playback when you open the website video.
Authorised personnel and service providers receive data for the functions they perform. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. External payment and security providers may have independent controller responsibilities described in their own privacy information.
5. Customer content and optional AI training
Processing content to create, organise or broadcast your channel is part of providing the service. Using customer materials to train AI is a separate purpose.
Customer materials may be used for AI training only after a separate, optional written authorisation has been obtained. Accepting a subscription or these website policies does not by itself authorise training. Refusing that authorisation does not prevent you from purchasing or using the subscribed service.
Before any training use, the authorisation must identify the permitted material and use, the rights to authorise it, and the necessary lawful basis and information where personal data is involved. A customer’s permission does not by itself replace the rights or permissions of other people appearing in the material. We will not treat a general service-content licence as permission for training.
You can contact contact@trinityengine.net to withdraw an optional authorisation for future use or exercise applicable personal-data rights. The separate authorisation must explain the relevant retention and withdrawal arrangements. Statutory rights remain available for any personal data involved.
6. Cookies and external resources
Account, cart and checkout functions can use cookies or similar technologies to maintain authentication, session and transaction state. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and technical signals for security. Loading Google Fonts contacts Google’s infrastructure. Opening the website video can load YouTube’s player and the processing described in Google’s privacy information. These providers explain their processing in the privacy information linked above.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Restricting necessary cookies may affect login, cart or checkout functionality. Any optional technology requiring consent must be covered by the required information and consent before use; continuing to browse is not treated by this policy as blanket consent.
7. Retention and deletion
Operational customer data is retained for no more than 12 months after the collaboration ends. This is a maximum period, not a requirement to retain every item for that entire time. Data may be deleted sooner when no longer needed or when an applicable deletion right requires it.
Invoices, accounting records and other information subject to mandatory retention are exceptions. Romanian accounting rules generally require relevant accounting records to be kept for five years, calculated as prescribed by law. Records subject to a mandatory legal retention or preservation obligation are kept only to the extent and for the period that obligation requires.
Enquiries and security records are limited to handling the request, necessary follow-up, service protection and applicable obligations. Retained backups and any authorised training material remain subject to applicable deletion, purpose and retention requirements. The maximum operational retention period does not promise continued account access or a content recovery service after cancellation.
8. International processing and security
Our main hosting, email and AI infrastructure is in Romania and Germany, within the European Economic Area. This does not mean that every website provider processes all information only in those countries. Stripe, Cloudflare and Google may process information internationally under their own arrangements.
Where a restricted international transfer occurs, the relevant safeguards must apply. Depending on the provider and recipient, these may include an adequacy decision, an applicable Data Privacy Framework certification or Standard Contractual Clauses. See the providers’ privacy information and contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and limit access according to the processing involved. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and complaints
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Some rights depend on the processing basis and legal exceptions. We may request proportionate information to verify identity.
Send privacy requests to contact@trinityengine.net. We respond within the applicable GDPR time limit, normally one month; where a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that period.
You may complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro, or another competent supervisory authority, including where the GDPR allows a complaint in your place of residence or work.
10. AI features and other websites
Trinity Engine’s AI features produce content for TV channels. Content generation is distinct from an automated decision about an individual that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Payment-provider security and risk processing is described by that provider.
Links to MeteoTV, Z-TV, social networks and other websites lead to services with their own practices. Review their information when you choose to visit or use them.
11. Updates and contact
This policy is effective from 22 October 2026. Material changes to processing will be communicated as required by law; the current version is published here. Privacy enquiries and authorisation withdrawals can be sent to contact@trinityengine.net.
