Our 15-day commercial refund window applies to the first paid activation only, including annual subscriptions. It does not restart on renewal. Your statutory consumer rights apply independently.
To stop only future renewals and keep access until the end of your paid period, contact contact@trinityengine.net. This is a separate action from withdrawing from your contract.
