Trinity Engine is an AI TV Channel Creation & Automation service offered to individuals and legal entities. These terms describe the service and subscription conditions. The applicable order, plan description and any separately agreed written terms identify what you purchase. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be removed by an order or these terms.
Commercial, billing, cancellation and complaint enquiries: contact@trinityengine.net. Technical support: support@trinityengine.net.
2. Channel creation and the selected plan
Trinity Engine enables you to create a branded TV channel instantly and use AI content tools, a media library and broadcast scheduling to automate its programming. Online and linear outputs, user seats, storage and scheduling options depend on the selected plan. See Plans & Pricing.
The product workflow is to create a TV station, choose a plan and complete the subscription, then add branding and content and configure programming and supported outputs. Instant channel creation does not override the credentials, eligibility, configuration or technical requirements of external distribution platforms.
3. Accounts and authorised users
You need legal capacity to enter into the subscription and authority to act for any organisation you represent. Provide accurate contact and billing information, protect account credentials and restrict use to authorised users within the plan’s seat allowance. Notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Prices, payments and automatic renewal
Advertised plan prices are in EUR + VAT. Monthly and annual subscriptions are offered. Annual subscriptions are charged in one yearly payment and include a 10% discount compared with twelve monthly payments.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual billing period unless you stop renewal. The order must identify the applicable price, billing period and any tax due before you commit to payment. Stripe Checkout processes subscription payments.
The price agreed for a paid period applies to that period. Any proposed price change for a future renewal must be communicated before it takes effect in accordance with applicable law, allowing you to stop renewal. If a payment fails or is disputed, contact us to resolve the issue; a failed payment does not itself create paid access.
5. Cancellation of future renewals
You may stop the next automatic renewal at any time before it takes place. Send the request to contact@trinityengine.net, identifying your account and subscription. Keep a copy of your request and contact us if you do not receive confirmation.
Stopping renewal does not, by itself, end access immediately: you retain access until the end of the period already paid for. It does not, by itself, create a refund for that paid period. The initial-activation refund policy and any mandatory legal remedies remain separate.
6. 15-day initial-activation refund policy
You may cancel and request a full subscription refund within the first 15 calendar days after the first paid activation. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions and to individual and business customers.
The 15-day window applies only to the first activation and does not restart after an automatic renewal. Send the request within that window to contact@trinityengine.net with your account, order and a clear request to cancel and obtain a refund.
A qualifying request cancels the subscription and further renewals. Refunds are returned through the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is agreed, without undue delay and within any applicable statutory deadline. Access under a refunded subscription may end as part of its cancellation. This policy does not restrict statutory withdrawal, conformity, payment-error or other mandatory remedies.
7. Consumer withdrawal and statutory remedies
If you are a consumer under applicable law, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance service contract, subject to the applicable rules and any lawful exceptions. Our separate 15-day initial-activation refund policy is an additional commercial commitment. It does not replace rights or remedies that apply independently.
Immediate access does not, by itself, waive a statutory withdrawal right. Where the law requires a specific request for early performance or an acknowledgement for an exception, the applicable legal conditions must be met.
You can communicate withdrawal by an unequivocal statement to contact@trinityengine.net or by post to our registered office. You may use the sample notice below, but are not required to use it. Exercise of statutory rights is governed by the applicable legal deadlines and rules, including statutory refund deadlines. This section does not exclude other legally available withdrawal channels.
You can also use our online Withdraw from Contract function without signing in. Review your details and select Confirm Withdrawal to submit your declaration. We will send an email acknowledgement containing the declaration, its reference and the date and time of submission.
8. Content, rights and broadcasting
You are responsible for the text, audio, images, video, prompts and other material you submit, import, generate or distribute. Obtain the necessary copyright, music, image, voice, likeness, personal-data and broadcasting permissions. An import or crawler feature does not itself grant rights to republish a source.
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You grant the permissions needed for us to host, process and deliver it for the functionality you request. This service permission does not authorise AI training. Content supplied through a library or by a third party remains subject to the rights and permitted uses applicable to that content; access to it does not transfer ownership.
You are responsible for complying with broadcasting requirements and the rules of the destinations you connect, including YouTube, Facebook and TikTok where supported by your plan.
9. AI output and optional training
AI-assisted content can contain errors and may require rights clearance. Check its accuracy, suitability and permissions before distribution. Do not assume that an output is exclusive or protected by copyright in every jurisdiction.
Use of customer materials for AI training requires a separate, optional written authorisation before that use. Refusal does not affect access to the subscribed service. The authorisation must establish the permitted material and use, necessary rights and lawful personal-data processing, as applicable. Subscription purchase or acceptance of these terms is not training authorisation. See our Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptable use and third-party services
Do not use the service to distribute unlawful material, infringe rights, impersonate people deceptively, compromise security or bypass plan restrictions. You must be entitled to connect the accounts and destinations you use. External platforms can impose their own eligibility and technical requirements or affect distribution through independent service decisions.
11. Support, availability and service changes
The selected plan determines included broadcasting and support provisions. Contact support@trinityengine.net for technical assistance. Maintenance, faults and external services can affect operation. Any specific service-level commitment must be separately agreed.
Material changes affecting the contracted service must be communicated and handled consistently with the order and applicable law, including any consumer remedies. Changes do not remove rights already accrued.
12. Suspension, termination and retained data
Non-payment, serious misuse, security incidents or legal obligations may require restrictions or termination. Any action must reflect its reason and the circumstances, with appropriate notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue where applicable; urgent security or legal action may require immediate measures.
Operational customer data is retained for no more than 12 months after the collaboration ends, except for data that must be retained under a mandatory legal retention or preservation obligation. Retention is not a promise of continued access or content recovery after cancellation. Contact support before the end of access if you need assistance with available export or deletion arrangements. Personal-data rights and the Privacy Policy continue to apply.
13. Software rights and liability
Rights in the Trinity Engine software, branding and service materials remain with their respective owners. A subscription permits use within the selected plan; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Liability and remedies are governed by applicable law and any valid, specifically agreed terms. Nothing here excludes or limits liability, consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Complaints, applicable law and updates
Please send complaints to contact@trinityengine.net, describing the issue and relevant account or order. We will address the complaint without limiting your access to a competent authority or court.
These terms operate subject to Romanian and applicable EU law. Consumers retain mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable rules; no exclusive court clause here removes a consumer’s legally protected forum. Consumers may also contact the competent consumer protection authority, including Romania’s ANPC.
Effective date: 22 October 2026. Material updates must be notified where required. A later website version does not, by itself, retrospectively alter an existing order or remove mandatory rights.
15. Sample withdrawal notice
You may send a notice containing the following information; this example does not restrict another clear withdrawal statement:

16. Customer-content personal-data processing
Where you determine the purposes and means of processing personal data in your channel content and we process it on your behalf, you are the controller and we are the processor. For that processing, the following provisions apply as part of the relevant service agreement:
- Scope and duration: hosting, organising, generating and delivering content as instructed for the subscription and the applicable return/deletion period. Data can include identifiers, images, voices and information appearing in prompts, media and metadata; data subjects are the people represented in that material and authorised service users. The customer determines the lawful content and must identify any processing requiring special safeguards.
- Instructions: we process only on documented customer instructions, including lawful instructions about transfers, unless law requires otherwise. We inform the customer of such a requirement where legally permitted, and flag instructions we consider contrary to applicable data protection law.
- Confidentiality and security: authorised persons must be subject to appropriate confidentiality duties, and appropriate measures must protect the processing.
- Subprocessors: the service uses Hetzner and INES Group infrastructure in Romania and Germany. The customer generally authorises those infrastructure providers for the relevant processing. Proposed additions or replacements must be notified in advance with a meaningful opportunity to object, and equivalent protection must apply to subcontracted processing.
- Assistance: taking account of the processing, we assist with relevant data-subject requests, security, breach information and applicable impact-assessment obligations. A personal-data breach affecting the customer’s processing must be notified to the customer without undue delay after awareness.
- End of processing: at the customer’s choice, personal data is returned or deleted, including copies, unless law requires retention. Residual operational data and backups must remain protected and be removed within the confirmed maximum of 12 months after the collaboration ends, subject to mandatory exceptions.
- Accountability: information needed to demonstrate compliance and appropriate audit cooperation must be provided under reasonable confidentiality and security arrangements.
- Separate training: this processor permission does not authorise using material for our own AI-training purpose. That requires the distinct optional written authorisation and lawful processing described above.
